Successfully improved students’ understanding and performance in Chemistry through effective teaching, practical activities, continuous assessment, and WAEC/NECO-focused preparation. As Senior Academic Supervisor, I have also contributed to effective academic coordination, monitoring of teachers’ lesson delivery, records, assessments, and overall academic standards.
To build a stronger culture of academic excellence by improving students’ outcomes, mentoring and supporting teachers, promoting effective instructional practices, and continuously contributing to the development of the school.
